1. Your request and initial assessment
You contact us by phone or via the online form, describing: the type of premises (house, flat, offices, shop…), the situation (after works, move, damage, deep clean…), the approximate surface area and the current condition. On this basis, we provide an initial estimate and, if necessary, arrange an on-site visit.
2. Visit & tailored quote
During the visit, we assess the actual condition of the rooms (dust, dirt, construction marks…), identify priority areas (kitchen, bathrooms, windows, floors, common areas, etc.) and check any constraints (access, availability of electricity/water, possible hours…). You then receive a detailed, free and no-obligation quote with a clear price tailored to your situation.
3. Scheduling the job
Once the quote is accepted, we set the date and time slot for the job. Thanks to a flexible organisation, De fond en comble offers scheduling that adapts to each client's needs: fast turnaround, interventions possible 7 days a week on request.
4. Carrying out the clean
On the day, our team arrives with the necessary equipment and products, protects sensitive areas if needed, carries out the full clean according to the agreed plan (floors, surfaces, windows, bathrooms, etc.) and can, in parallel, complete the removal of any remaining waste or bulky items if this was planned. We work in a methodical, careful and discreet manner, with respect for the premises and their occupants.
5. Final check & handover
At the end of the job, we do a walkthrough with you (or based on your instructions if you are not present): room-by-room check, sign-off on treated areas and any final touch-ups as needed. The property is then clean, tidy and ready to be re-let, sold, occupied or handed back.
