You contact us by phone or via the online form with a few details: address of the property, type of home (house, flat, building…), number of rooms and outbuildings (cellar, attic, garage…), general condition (very cluttered, uninhabitable, standard…). We respond quickly to your request and arrange an on-site visit if necessary.
2. On-site visit & assessment
During the visit, we assess the volume to be removed, identify any valuable items to be set aside, check access routes (stairs, lift, courtyard, narrow street…) and plan the equipment needed (team size, vehicle, possible hoist lift). You then receive a detailed, free and no-obligation quote with a clear and transparent price.
3. Scheduling the job
Once the quote is accepted, we set an intervention date that fits your schedule. Thanks to our flexible organisation, we offer fast time slots and adapt to your constraints.
4. Full house clearance: sorting, clearing, removal
We protect access routes where needed, empty the property room by room from cellar to attic, carry out selective sorting (items to keep, donate, recycle or dispose of) and load the furniture, objects and waste into our vehicles for transport to approved processing centres. You do not need to carry, dismantle or organise anything: we manage the entire job.
5. Final clean
Once the clearance is complete, we carry out a full clean (sweeping, removal of residue, tidying up). Your property is then clean, empty and ready for sale, rental, an inventory inspection or renovation work.
